On Desktop:
Click "Sign In" in the upper left-hand corner of the HiBid homepage.
On Mobile:
Tap the profile icon (top right).
Then tap "Sign In."
If you're using a mobile device, click on the Profile icon in the top right, then navigate to step 2.
2. Enter your email or username
On the sign-in screen, enter the username or email addressed used to log in to your account.
3. Click to "Reset Your Password"
Click the link to "Reset Your Password"

If no account exists with that email address, you will not receive a reset email. Try another email address you may have used.

Troubleshooting: Didn't Receive the Password Reset Email?
If you requested a password reset but haven't received the email, try the following:
Wait a Few Minutes: If you clicked the reset button multiple times in a short span, this can occasionally create a delay. While it's okay to submit more than one request, give the system a few extra minutes to process and deliver the email.
Check All Email Folders: Look in your inbox, spam, junk, and promotions folders for an email from HiBid.
Confirm Email Access: Ensure you're checking the correct email account associated with your HiBid profile. We've seen cases where the reset email was sent and opened, but the user was monitoring the wrong inbox.
Still No Email? If you've waited several minutes and confirmed all the above, feel free to contact our support team for further assistance.
Used Sign in with Apple? If you created your HiBid account using Sign in with Apple, Apple's "Hide My Email" feature may be preventing password reset emails from reaching you. Learn how to fix it here.
