Click Create Account.
If you clicked from the homepage, you will be directed to the below page:
If you clicked from a lot, you will be directed to the page view below, the lot you were viewing will be saved and placed to the side for you to bid on when you finish creating your account.
Single Sign On
To create an account using your existing Facebook, Google, or Apple accounts, click the corresponding button.
A new window/tab will open and you will be directed to the corresponding social website to sign in. Upon successful sign in you will then also be signed in on HiBid as well.
Standard Account Creation
Enter your email into the text box and click Continue.
You will receive an email with a verification code like below:
Enter the verification code into the “Enter security code” field and click Verify. If the code fails/link expires/an error occurs, you may click “Resend passcode” to trigger sending a new verification code to your email inbox.
Creating your Password
With your email verified, enter a password into the “Password” field following these characteristics:
The password must be at least 8 characters in length
It must include a number or a symbol (strong passwords will contain at least one of each)
It must include at least one letter
Fill in the “Password” field then click Agree and create account.
Your account has now been created.
Logging In
Click Sign in.

Fill in the “Email or username” field and click Continue.
Enter your password into the “Password” field and click Log In.
You are now logged in.
Creating A HiBid Account on Private Sites
This only takes a few minutes and gives you access to bid, register for auctions, and manage your purchases.
Follow the steps below to create your account:
1. Click “Create Account”
On Desktop:
Click the “Create Account” link in the upper left-hand corner of the HiBid homepage.
On Mobile:
Tap the profile icon (usually in the top-right corner).
Then select “Create Account.”
If you don’t see the option, make sure you're not already logged in.

2. Fill Out the Account Form
Enter your:
Full name
Email address
Phone number
Create a password
Then click “Create New Account.”
3. Verify Your Email
After creating your account, you’ll receive an email from:
info@mail.hibid.com
Open the message and click the “Verify Your Email” button to confirm your account.
If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
