1. Go to “Payment Methods”
Sign in to your HiBid account.
Click your name in the top-right corner to open the profile menu.
Select “Payment Method” from the dropdown.
2. Add Your Credit Card
On the Add Payment Method screen, enter your credit card details.
Be sure to complete all required fields (card number, expiration date, billing address, etc.).
Click Save when finished.
Note: Prepaid cards and some virtual cards may not be accepted.
3. Credit Card Verification Hold
When you add your card, your bank may show a temporary authorization hold ($1.00 or $0.00).
This is not a charge—it’s used to confirm your card is active.
The pending amount will automatically drop off your account within a few days.
This verification helps sellers ensure that your card is valid before allowing you to bid.
Need to Update or Remove a Card?
You can return to the Payment Method section at any time to edit or delete your stored card.
If you're bidding in multiple auctions, make sure your payment info is up to date to avoid delays in approval.
