If you need to update an existing credit card—such as a new expiration date or billing address—you can do so from your account settings.
1. Go to “Payment Methods”
Sign in to your HiBid account.
Click your name in the top-right corner to open the profile menu.
Select “Payment Methods” from the dropdown.1. Click "Payment Methods"
2. Select the Card You Want to Edit
Locate the payment method you want to update.
Click on it to open the details.
3. Click “Edit”
In the bottom-left corner of the payment form, click “Edit.”
Update any necessary information, such as expiration date, billing address, or card number.
4. Save Your Changes
After making your updates, click “Save.”
Your new information will be stored and used for future auction registrations or purchases.
Tips
Make sure all required fields are complete.
Some changes, like a new card number, may trigger a verification hold (see Adding a Payment Method for details).
If a card is declined, you may need to remove and re-add it.
