1. Go to “Payment Methods”
Sign in to your HiBid account.
Click your name in the top-right corner to open the profile menu.
Select “Payment Methods” from the dropdown.
2. Select the Card to Remove
Click on the payment method you want to delete to view its details.
3. Click “Delete”
Scroll to the bottom of the form and click the “Delete” button (bottom right corner).
4. Confirm Deletion
A prompt will appear asking you to confirm.
Click “Confirm” to permanently remove the card from your account.
Important Notes
You cannot delete a card if it is currently being used for an active auction registration.
If you're participating in multiple auctions, make sure another valid card is on file before removing the old one.
