If you have a question about an item, shipping, pickup, payment, or a pending bid, you’ll need to contact the seller directly—not HiBid. Each auction is managed by an independent auctioneer who controls the terms, item descriptions, and bidder approvals.
Use one of the methods below to reach them:
1. From the Lot Details Page
While viewing an item, click the “Contact Auctioneer” button located near the item description.
You can also call the auctioneer using the phone number listed on the lot or auction page.
2. Submit the Feedback / Question Form
After clicking “Contact Auctioneer”:
Fill out the Feedback/Question form.
Provide your name, email, and your question or concern.
Click Send to submit your message.
The auctioneer will be notified directly and can respond via the contact information you provided.
3. View the Seller’s Contact Info
You can also find the auctioneer’s full contact details by:
Clicking “Click here for Auctioneer Info” on the auction page
Or clicking the auctioneer’s name anywhere it appears on the page
This will take you to the Seller Details Page, which includes:
Company name
Phone number
Email address
Office location
4. Questions About Pending Bids
HiBid does not approve or manage bidder registrations.
If your bid is still showing as pending, or you haven’t been approved to bid:
Contact the auctioneer directly using one of the methods above
Only the seller can approve your registration or explain why it may be delayed or denied

HiBid is a software platform and does not own, manage, or ship any items. All auction terms, item details, and post-sale arrangements are managed by the individual sellers.
