Where Do I Pick Up My Items?
Pickup instructions vary by auction and seller. The best place to find your specific pickup location and times is in the Shipping / Pickup section found in Auction Information on each auction and each lot within that auction. Auctioneers organize their own pickup schedules. HiBid does not have any information on specific auction companies. If you need to arrange special accommodations, please reach out directly to that auction house.
To find them:
Go back to the auction you bid in on HiBid.
Click "View Terms & Conditions" listed on the auction page.
Look for sections labeled Pickup, Load Out, or Removal Times.
You may want to bid on items or have already won items from multiple auctions or sellers. Always double-check which auction your item belongs to.
Pickup Dates & Times
Each auction has specific pickup windows, often only a few days after the auction ends. If you miss it, items may be forfeited or additional fees may apply.
Always confirm:
Pickup date(s)
Pickup time windows
Whether an appointment is required
If proof of purchase or ID is needed
Each auctioneer sets their own terms & conditions so be sure to read through these prior to bidding. Auctioneers also may use third party scheduling software. If that is so, please adhere to the agreed-upon time for picking up your items.
Load Out Instructions
Some sellers have special requirements:
Forklift or loadout assistance may not be available
You may need to bring your own help or tools
Some locations may charge a fee for loading assistance
