For Bidders

If you are bidding in an auction and have questions about a specific item, invoice, or pickup/shipping details, please contact the auctioneer running the sale directly.

  • Each auctioneer manages their own inventory, payment terms, and pickup instructions.

  • Auctioneer contact details can be found on the auction’s catalog page under Auction Information.

If you are experiencing a technical issue with the HiBid platform itself (such as login problems, registration errors, or system performance issues), reach out to our HiBid Support team:

How to Sell on HiBid

There are two ways to sell items on HiBid:

  1. Become an Auctioneer on HiBid

    • If you are an auctioneer or auction company, you can apply HERE to sell directly on the HiBid platform.

    • This allows you to list and manage your own auctions for bidders nationwide.

  2. Consign with an Existing Auctioneer

    • If you have items to sell but are not an auctioneer yourself, you can consign your items through one of our existing auctioneers.

    • Auctioneers handle the cataloging, marketing, bidding, and fulfillment process on your behalf.
